Table header adjustement

Need some changes in the table header:
- When an “i” icon is display next to the title, put it directly next to the title, no icon in between (sort icon or “price tool” icon)
- The price tool icon, should be yellow (with the yellow hilite when hovered)
- Add a tooltip above the price tool icon the text “bulk price adjuster”
