Some value order/filter issues

3 things:

1. We are missing a dog/comma option when setting value filters on phone (see screenshot).

   

2. Can’t set max value to 0.00 to see cards without value.

3. When sorting by value, both ascending and descending, cards without value are at the end, with ascending they should be at the front.
