Show invalid data in CSV import

When setting up a CSV import and the form shows that some values in the input file are invalid, it should surface those values in some form or provide row information so the user is actually able to repair it. Even better, there should be a built-in ability to map values (for example, if I want a blank cell to mean nonfoil, or if there are string differences in conditions from my input data)
