Shipping feeds

Hi, Im in Hungary and I only have the option to add the shipping cost in Hungarian forint and the limit seems weird, for example 192 huf, its around 0.5 euros. and this is for international large. I wonder is this is suppost to be euros but the marker is saying Forints.

Also, are all this tracked shipments? asking becouse currently I sell on Cardmarket and there’s an issue with tracked letter sending international due to a new rule so all cards with tracking international have to go out as a parcel.

Hi, and thank you for flagging this, you were absolutely right that something was off.

The shipping costs are meant to be in Hungarian forint, but they were being shown at the wrong scale, which is why the amounts looked far too small (like "192 Ft"). We've fixed it, and the correct forint values will now display and save properly. Apologies for the confusion in the meantime.

On your second question: yes, every shipment on CardNexus is tracked. Each order gets a tracking number, and our shipping rates are based only on services that include tracking. For international orders that means shipping as a tracked parcel where required, which lines up exactly with the Cardmarket rule you mentioned, so you're all set there.

Also worth noting: the rates you see are just defaults to get you started, you can adjust every one of them in your shipping settings to match your actual costs (packaging, postage, etc.). So feel free to set them to whatever works best for you.

Thanks again for the detailed report, it genuinely helped us catch and fix this quickly. Don't hesitate to reach out if you notice anything else!
