We’re working on an option to add insurance to shipments, helping protect both buyers and sellers in case of loss or damage during delivery.

This will allow you to secure higher-value orders, reduce risk, and ship with more confidence—while keeping insurance optional depending on the order value.

    Integrated Insurance/Risk Coverage for Sellers

    I want the platform to offer better insurance options or coverage for high-value cards. Currently, the seller carries all the financial risk for loss or damage if they don't pay for extra insurance themselves, which is expensive and makes the platform less competitive than other card markets.

    Buyer-paid or integrated shipping insurance for high-value items

    I want an option for buyers to pay for shipping insurance on high-value items or for the platform to provide integrated insurance. Currently, the seller bears the full financial risk and cost for insurance on expensive cards, which is a major deterrent for selling high-value items.
