the seller wrote me after my purchase that there is one card missing because of it is not available anymore. i started a dispute with the discription of the topic and wanted a refund of the value of the missing card. the seller accepted it an i got my refund. but before the seller marked the purchease as shipped. why is it not possible for me to get in contact with the seller after a refund? i can only leave a rating and i dont know if the cards are shipped or not.
