non-active users

I have recently purchased a card that was not shipped, i suspect because the user is no longer active on the site but the card went straight back on the market.
I think that it should be unlisted instead so other users dont go through the same trouble.

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience; this isn’t what we want for our buyers, and we try to put as many safeguards in place as possible to prevent this from happening.

    Normally, the system works in such a way that if an order is automatically cancelled, the seller’s account should be suspended and, as a result, none of their listings or products should be visible on the marketplace. If this is still the case, it means the seller has reactivated their seller account and is therefore still active on the platform.

    If you want I can have a look at your order and the seller profile to see if he is actually reliable or not :)
