Same. I made an order, received it, marked it as received. I then got a notification I had a message from the seller, but can’t access the conversation. Whether I click on the notification o through any other means in the purchase page. After marking it as received, the options are simply not there anymore

After just writing this, I tried going thorugh the email link, same result. BUT I did realize there’s a tiny speech bubble at the bottom right, clicking there, then the history tab, Ican indeed see the message. So the problem seems “links" created can’t seem to open when the conversation is part of a completed purchase.

Of course. Previously clicking to open the message a box generated to read the message in. Now nothing opens for me. From any of the areas I may have clicked. I had most recently posted a jpg of the delivery scheduled yesterday. The only change was that the item was updated to delivered that I can see.

Ihav ealso disabled any adblock/popup block for the site, in chrome. I am using the same browser without update that worked earlier this week, but just in case that occurs to you, I figured that could save a step.
