Inventory Quantity Add/Subtract Buttons Missing on Detail Pages

I am experiencing a bug where the add (+) or subtract (-) buttons for the Inventory quantity selector are sometimes missing on various card detail pages. This seems to happen randomly, making it difficult to adjust card quantities in my inventory.
