Hard to tell what to do with dupe entries on bulk import

My csv has some duplicate rows. It’s hard to tell what to do with them. I can’t remove them from the import, so I’ve been updating the quantities of one row to be the sum of both original rows. I worry they will both be imported. I wish I could mark one to be ignored, or just remove it entirely.
