Feedback on website usage
Hello,
I wanted to share some feedback about the site. I use it in a browser on a 27-inch screen.
I’m a Riftbound player, and I think it’s a bit of a shame that I have to reselect it every time I browse the site. It would be handy if that selection were saved.
I feel like my profile panel takes up quite a bit of space (about 20% of my screen). On the other hand, I like that it shows the value and number of cards.
In my profile, I indicated that I’m a player. As a result, I have the “Add to Sale” button as the main CTA (solid yellow) and “Add to Inventory” in reverse. Personally, I would have preferred it the other way around. That said, I also understand that, from a product perspective, highlighting sales can help grow the platform.
I don’t know what the breakdown is between sellers and buyers on the site, but I get the impression that the experience is very sales-oriented. As a player, I would have preferred an experience a bit more focused on buying cards.
I think the “winners of the day” and “losers of the day” mechanics are really cool.
I don’t really understand why the lists are on the same hierarchical level as the inventory in the dashboard. I feel like they’re a bit underutilized, because I don’t see, for example, a way to quickly complete my list or have direct interactions between the lists and the buying process.
In the inventory, it seems like sorting by rarity isn’t working properly. I have Commons at the very top even though I’m definitely sorted in descending order.
As for the lists, I found the interface a bit clunky at first, but once you switch to grid or column view, it becomes much more user-friendly. However, I’m experiencing some lag: when I click, there’s a slight delay before the modal opens.
I’ve added a good portion of my collection, but the community quest still shows 0 at the top. Is that because I haven’t sold anything yet?
In any case, I think the project is really great, and the site already has a very solid foundation. Good luck with the rest of the development!

Hello @ki0u
I'm so sorry I didn't respond to you faster, sorry for the delay. Days are a bit short for the team right now XD
Thanks a lot for this detailed feedback; it's really useful! Thank you for taking the time to do this. I will not have all the respons here, but I have some, so I am taking the time to list them for you.
Yes, definitely, it's a bit painful to have to reselect the filter every time, especially when you collect only one game! We are on it; we have a ticket on the road map here. 🎯 Preselect Game for Search & Filters
We have a redesign for the home page and the profile that will come later during the year. Teasing…
Yes, completely understand your point here! Right now we don't have a custom experience depending on the answer you gave us in the onboarding. It will come a bit later; it's something that we really want to personalize, but it's not our priority right now.
Right now, we oriented the experience a bit for sales because we are at the starting point of the marketplace. We need people to list for sale products so we have supplies on the marketplace, but it will be balanced a bit later.
Thanks a lot! I think the daily movers are a really nice feature too. I use it every day. :D
I totally agree the lists are a bit underused right now. Know that we are going to redesign a bit our system for the inventory and the lists, and we will have something that is really more intuitive and useful in a few weeks. And it will be much easier to complete lists. ;) 📋 Inventory and Lists V2
Are you right? Right now we don't have any hierarchy between rarities, so the sort by rarity only groups cards by rarity and displays them one after another. It shall be fixed a bit later.
Yeah, we had some latency issue with the list, but we actually released a new system for the inventory and the search indexes, so it should be a bit faster. If you witness any other latency, don't hesitate to report it. Thanks!
So for the quest, if you only added product to your inventory and not listed it for sale, it's normal that you didn't score any points. It's one point per product listed for sale in the marketplace, and after 4,000 points when you sell one of your products.
Did you list any product in the marketplace that didn't score any points?
thanks again for your feedbacks and insights and for your support! We are really glad to have people like you in our user and in our community. It helps a lot to build the product we all deserve for TCGs
