Some cards are missing option when you enter them in your collection:

Phantasmal footstep in MON should be standard or Cold Foil,

Phantasmal footstep in MON-unlim should be standard or Rainbow Foil,

Express lightning RED (in MON and MON-unlim) should be in standard and rainbow foil.
