More flexibility for low-value orders.

Right now, tracked shipping is required when sending orders. We’re working on adding the option to use untracked letters for low-value shipments, so sellers can offer cheaper delivery when tracking isn’t necessary.

This will make small orders easier to handle, while still keeping safeguards for higher-value shipments. More flexibility, lower costs, same control.
