Easier way to add cards based on set

Be able to select collection and hit + / - on each card to add to inventory. Here is an example of a site that does it: https://riftbound.gg/collection/

I see a way to filter based on parameters, but I don’t want to add 1 of every card to my inventory, just however many as I go. Quick add requires me to type each card name one at a time and isn’t as fast as hitting + / - went viewing each card in a list.
