Card Value not calculated

Sorcery Alpha cards only count market value towards total value. Total ignores card where cardnexus use TCH low. These should add upp.

Also sorting cards where there is a mix of market and TCG low make sorting by price broken, TCG low are sorted in inverted value and independant of TCG market value.
