Hi CardNexus team,
I’d like to suggest a feature that would be very useful for sellers: the ability to modify an existing order and adjust its total price after discussing it with the buyer.
For example, in a large order, I might realize while preparing it that:
One card is in French instead of English.
One card is missing or no longer available.
A card has a different condition than expected.
If the buyer is happy to keep the rest of the order, it would be great to be able to remove the affected card(s) and automatically adjust the order total.
Currently, the only options seem to be cancelling the entire order or keeping the order as it is and refunding the difference separately via PayPal or another method.
A simple “Modify Order” / “Adjust Order” feature, ideally requiring buyer confirmation, would make this much easier and keep the whole transaction within CardNexus.
