Coupon "recredited" after a cancelled order is already expired

When a seller cancels an order that was paid with a coupon, the cancellation email tells the buyer their code has been recredited and can be used on their next order. But the code keeps its original expiry date, so if that date has already passed the buyer gets "This promo code has expired" at checkout.

This mostly hits short-lived codes (3-day validity): the order is placed inside the window, the seller cancels a few days later, and the "recredited" code is dead on arrival. Since May, 27 buyers out of 116 recredits were in this situation.

Expected: a recredited coupon should be usable again. When a redemption is voided because of a cancellation, give the code a fresh validity window from the cancellation date (same length as the original), so the email promise holds.

Also: the cancellation email should only say "your code is usable again" when that is actually true.
