Freshly Sleeved #27 - A stamp is enough for small orders

Small orders used to carry the full price of a tracked parcel. Not anymore: sellers can now ship orders of a few cards as a plain untracked letter, at a price that finally makes sense for a two-euro card. We also welcome SortSwift as a partner so your inventory can live on several marketplaces at once. Plus a good batch of improvements for sellers, buyers and developers.
🎯 Highlights
Untracked letters for small orders (web & app)
Shipping a €3 card in a tracked parcel never made sense. Sellers can now offer untracked letters for small orders: up to 3 cards (XS) or up to 25 cards (S), shipped within your country or your region, and only for orders under a cap (€25 in Europe, $50 in the US, CA$60 in Canada). You set your own letter prices in your shipping settings, and you can lower the order value limit if you prefer to keep letters for very small orders only. When you mark the order as shipped, no tracking number is needed.
Buyers see an Untracked label next to the shipping price in the cart, so there is no surprise: no delivery updates for this one, but buyer protection still applies. The order completes on its own 10 business days after shipping, with a reminder to the buyer before it does.
Untracked letters travel at the seller's risk. The details are in our Shipping Policy.
Now you can: sell a playset of commons for €4, post it with a stamp and still make money on the order.

New partner: SortSwift (web)
Your cards are listed on CardNexus. With SortSwift connected to your account, the same inventory can also be live on Shopify, TCGplayer, CardTrader, eBay and more, with quantities kept in sync everywhere: sell a card on one platform, it disappears from the others. No overselling, no double entry.
To celebrate the launch, sellers who connect SortSwift pay no CardNexus seller fees for their first 2 months. The 60 days start on the day you connect. Buyer fees are unchanged.
Now you can: connect SortSwift once, pick your channels, and let your stock stay in sync while you sell everywhere. See SortSwift on CardNexus.

✨ Improvements & fixes
Buying & shipping
Shopping stays within your region, for now — buyers in Europe see and buy from European sellers, and buyers in North America from North American sellers. Too many orders between the two regions ended in cancellations: shipping costs that didn't match the listed price, long transit times, customs surprises. We'd rather pause than let that continue. We're working on a way to reopen cross-region orders properly, and we'll tell you here when it's back.
Selling
Vacation mode lets you keep working — while your shop is paused, you can still add cards, create listings and change prices (on the website and through the API). Everything reappears the moment you resume.
Marketplace IDs in your export — the inventory export now includes Cardmarket ID and TCGplayer ID columns, selected by default, so other tools can match your cards.
Graded cards without a certificate number no longer vanish from search, product pages, carts and orders.
Pro sellers — monthly fee reports now arrive with their files attached and add sales and purchase fees the same way the invoice does.
Offers in chat — an offer sent with a long message no longer fails to appear on the other side, and the missing ones were restored.
Browsing
Game page polish — sharper set tiles, language flags on the expansion list, icons when a sample image is missing, light-mode fixes, and the expansion filter is back on the product-type and versions pages. (web)
Your collection's total value is yours — visitors to your profile see your card count, not what your collection is worth. (web & app)
Mobile app
Scanner refinements (in the app) — picking where a scan goes, scanner guidance, the booster value tracker and scan edits all got a polish, and failed scans explain themselves.
And, as usual, a ton of other little adjustments in the app update rolling out on the stores.
Apps & developers
Apply for API access without leaving CardNexus — the request form lives in Settings → Account → API: tell us what you're building, we reply in-app and by email, and an approval creates your app on the spot. App owners can also propose listing changes and permission changes for review from their app page. (web)
Integrations tab — your connected apps first, then a few suggested apps from the directory. (web)
Added many smaller fixes, UI improvements, and performance optimizations across the platform and mobile app.
