Freshly Sleeved #20 — Inventory gets organized

Managing your collection just got a whole lot easier.

This release brings new ways to organize your inventory, faster tools for sellers, full Pokémon sealed product support, and several quality-of-life improvements across the web platform and mobile app.

Your inventory manager on steroids

Introducing Locations & custom Tags

Finding a specific card in a growing collection should not feel like a treasure hunt.

Your inventory now supports Locations and Custom Tags, giving you a simple way to label where your cards are stored and organize them around your own workflow. Binder, box, shelf, deck project, event stock, trade pile, personal categories — you decide how your collection should be structured.

Once your cards are tagged or assigned to a location, you can sort them directly from the inventory grid and quickly find what you’re looking for.

Available on web today. Mobile support is coming later.

Internal notes & public comments

You can now add more context to your inventory lines.

Internal Notes are private and visible only to you. They’re useful for purchase details, reminders, sourcing information, condition notes, or anything you want to keep attached to a card without showing it publicly.

Public Comments are visible on marketplace listings, allowing sellers to share extra information with buyers directly on the product page.

More context for you. More transparency for buyers.

Available on web today. Mobile support is coming later.

A table layout that sticks

Set up your inventory table once and it stays that way.

You can now reorder your columns and choose which columns to show or hide — and CardNexus remembers your setup, so it's there every time you come back, on any device.

Hide the columns you never use, put the ones that matter where you want them, and stop rearranging the table every visit.

Only available on web.

Bulk price adjustments, your way

Bulk listing is now faster and more flexible.

When listing cards in bulk, you can adjust every price at once using either a percentage of market value or a fixed amount. Whether you want to match the market, apply a discount, or prepare a sale, repricing a large batch now takes seconds instead of card-by-card edits.

Available on web and mobile. On the web app, this is currently available after a scanning session.

Mobile app updates

  • Push notifications are now ready on mobile. You can authorize notifications from the app and receive marketplace updates directly on your phone. Order shipped? You’ll know. Order delivered? You’ll know. Order completed? Same.

  • Scanner sessions also get smoother with the new Auto Best Match option. When the scanner hesitates between several possible cards, it can automatically select the result with the highest confidence score, helping you move faster through large scanning sessions. If you prefer choosing manually, you can simply keep the option disabled in your scanner settings.

  • Graded cards are also now fully supported on mobile. You can add, remove, and list graded cards directly from the app, bringing mobile closer to full web feature parity.

Catalog updates

Pokémon & Pokémon Japan sealed products arrive

Big news for sealed collectors: Pokémon and Pokémon Japan sealed products are now available on CardNexus.

You can now browse, track, list, buy, and sell sealed Pokémon products directly from the platform. This includes thousands of products across both Pokémon Worldwide and Pokémon Japan, from modern releases to older sealed items.

For Pokémon Worldwide, this includes booster boxes, booster packs, cases, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, blisters, box sets, theme and preconstructed decks, bundles, and trainer kits.

For Pokémon Japan, this includes booster boxes, booster packs, preconstructed decks, and bundles.

Whether you collect singles, sealed products, or both, your Pokémon collection now has a much bigger home inside CardNexus.

New expansions

A few of these upcoming sets have been added ahead of release so you can start preparing early.

More cards & data refreshes

We also added new single cards across Magic: The Gathering, Flesh and Blood, Pokémon, and Pokémon Japan, alongside routine data and pricing refreshes across many existing sets.

More complete card details, better images, fresher prices — the catalog keeps getting cleaner.

Fixes & improvements

  • Your games, front and center (Web and app) — CardNexus now puts your games first.

Across filters, dropdowns, and search, the games you actually collect are displayed at the top, making navigation faster and keeping the platform focused on what matters to you.

  • Selling & orders (web) — clearer order-chat messages with helpful action buttons at each step; eligible shipments are now insured automatically; more time to ship, with the no-shipment auto-cancel window extended to 6 business days and a final friendly reminder before anything cancels.

  • Lists & collections (web) — filter and facet your lists by expansion; restored Color / Color Identity group-by; group-by and sort now stay consistent; list tabs stay in sync with the page address.

  • Inventory (web) — fixed a freeze when switching tabs; grid cards update instantly when you edit a line; your saved grid zoom is remembered next time.

  • Search (web) — number-based filters (e.g. by card stats) now work correctly, with cleaner marketplace facets.

  • Orders & sellers (web) — Purchases/Sales name search is now case-insensitive and matches partial names; the pro-seller registration number is only asked for where the country requires it.

  • Scanner (app) — Added a “Tap to lock expansion” scanner tooltip on mobile to help users discover the expansion lock feature

  • Order (app) — Tracking numbers can now be edited directly from the mobile app after shipping

  • Added many smaller fixes, UI improvements, and performance optimizations across the platform and mobile app
